本堂の反対側にある路面電車の軌道近くで被爆しました。1996年に本堂を改築する時、この場所に移植されました。今でも夏に赤い花を咲かせます。

This tree survived the bombing on the opposite side of the main temple hall near the streetcar tracks. When the temple hall was renovated in 1996, the tree was moved to its current location, and continues to bear beautiful red flowers in the summertime.
Note: Temple grounds are a sacred place; be sure to be respectful of those going to worship. There may be times when you will not be allowed inside the grounds.
