- How to make a reservation
- Click on the date and time you wish to apply and you will be transferred to an external
site.
Please fill out the form and complete the payment.
After payment is completed, a reservation acceptance e-mail will be sent to the e-mail
address you specified.
Please note that your reservation is not confirmed at this point.
After your reservation is accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation.
At that point, your reservation is confirmed.
- Reception on the day of the tour
- On the day of the event, please gather at the meeting place at the time indicated in the
e-mail confirming your reservation.
Please tell the staff your name and complete the registration.
If you are not at the meeting place at the meeting time, we will consider your reservation
as cancelled.
- In case of rain

Course of the Axis of Peace :
The event will be held in case of light rain.
In case of bad weather, the event will be cancelled. Refunds will be given in case of
cancellation.
If inclement weather is forecast, we will notify participants of the possibility of cancellation two
days prior to the event. (This is a possibility, not a definite notice of cancellation.)
The decision on whether or not to hold an event will be made as follows:
If the event is scheduled to start at 10:00 AM: we will notify the participants by 7:00 AM on the day of the event.
If the event is scheduled to start at 3:00 PM, we will notify the participants by noon on the day of the event.
Course of Gangi Taxi :
The event will be postponed in case of rainy and windy day.
Refunds will be given in case participants cannot participate in the postponed event.
If inclement weather is forecast, we will notify participants of the possibility of cancellation two days prior to the event. (This is a possibility, not a definite notice of cancellation.)
The decision on whether or not to hold an event will be made as follows:
If the event is scheduled to start at 1:30 PM: we will notify the participants by 10:30 AM on the day of the event.
If the event is scheduled to start at 3:30 PM, we will notify the participants by 12:30 PM on the day of the event.
- Cancellation
- Cancellation policy is as follows:
Up to 2 days before the event: No charge
Day before the event: 50% of the registration fee
Day of the event: 100% of the registration fee
- Precautions

- Please refrain from participating in a walking tour if you have difficulty
walking about 4.5 km.
- If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour will be cancelled.
- Handling of Personal Information
- Personal information is not handled by this project, but is managed by Assist Inc. in
accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law. The personal information you
provide will be used only for this project and will not be used for any other purpose.
